2. Order Fulfillment
Once an order is successfully placed and payment is received, credentials or access details are delivered via email within 30 to 180 minutes during working hours (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM IST). Outside working hours, orders will be fulfilled in the next active window.
In rare cases where delivery is delayed due to technical issues or supplier unavailability, we request patience. If we are unable to deliver your subscription within 10 calendar days, a full refund is issued to your account or original payment source as a settlement.
3. Refund & Replacement Policy
All subscriptions include a warranty period during which faulty or non-working subscriptions are eligible for replacement. If resolution is not possible within 10 days, a partial or full refund is calculated based on unused warranty duration and issued to the website wallet or original payment source for Indian users upon request.

4. Disputes & Payment Holds
If a customer files a payment dispute, chargeback, or complaint via payment gateway, bank, or cyber crime, the order will be immediately placed on hold. Access to the subscription will be revoked until the matter is resolved.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any associated accounts during an active dispute investigation to prevent misuse or fraudulent claims.
5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must follow the subscription usage guidelines strictly. If a subscription gets banned due to misuse or policy violation by the customer, no refund or replacement will be issued.

6. Code of Conduct
We treat all customers with respect and expect the same in return. Usage of foul language, threats, or abusive behavior towards our team will result in account suspension, cancellation of active warranties, and permanent blocking from our platform.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
All refund settlements, whether partial or full, may take up to 2–5 business days after the 10-day waiting window, depending on the bank or payment processor used. Website wallet credits are usually instant once processed by our team.
8. Account Access & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login information. Please ensure that your credentials are not shared, leaked, or reused elsewhere. We will not be responsible for unauthorized access caused by customer negligence or insecure practices.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the subscriptions in any way, including reselling access, violating provider terms, accessing from blacklisted or banned regions using VPN/proxies, or attempting to tamper with service functionalities. Violations will void warranty and may result in a permanent ban.
10. Modification of Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service or product at any time without prior notice. In such cases, eligible users may be offered alternatives or refunds as per our discretion.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, changes in third-party provider policies, government actions, or other force majeure conditions.
